We will enter your home using any method we discuss in advance, whether that’s a key exchange, garage code, or another agreed-upon option. To simplify the process, we also provide a lockbox for secure key storage. We respect your privacy and only access the areas of your home that are directly in scope for the work.

Start dates depend on the scope of work, material availability, and current project commitments. After discussing your project in detail, I can provide a realistic start date. I aim to schedule projects as efficiently as possible while ensuring quality work for each client.
How long will my project take?
